I am a personal trainer, sports athlete and health and fitness is my passion. I use evidence-based approaches that are proven to get you results. I specialise in weight loss, weight gain, general health and wellbeing, muscle building, fat loss and nutrition. 


Like many of my clients I am a busy working mother of two and I fully understand that adapting new habits can be daunting and often difficult. 


As your personal trainer my goal is to work with you to get you into the best shape of your life, safely, quickly and effectively.
